ISU baseball opens MVC with win

Terre Haute, Ind.(WTHI) - The Indiana State baseball team opened Missouri Valley Conference Friday with a 8-1 win over Southern Illinois. Sycamores senior Robby Ort drove in four runs in the ISU win. Sycamores pitcher Sean Manaea improved to 3-1 on the season, he tossed 7 innings, recording eight strikeouts while allowing no runs.
