TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - After their second-straight home victory, the Indiana State football team moved up to No. 25 this week in the Football Championship Subdivision Coaches’ Poll while remaining at No. 22 in the nation in the media poll released by The Sports Network.
Unranked last week, Indiana State received 42 votes in this week’s coaches’ poll to earn the 25th ranking in the nation. North Dakota State continues the lead the poll, receiving 25 of the 26 first-place votes. Other Missouri Valley Football Conference schools in the poll include: Youngstown State (T-3rd), Northern Iowa (8th) and Illinois State (15th). This upcoming weekend’s opponent, South Dakota State, received one vote in the poll.
