Smith wins IBCA Player of the Week

SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTHI) - Sullivan standout Rhagen Smith was one of 6 players recognized from the Indiana Basketball Coaching Association as the Subway Player of the Week.

In two games last week, the Indiana State recruit averaged 29.5 points and 12.5 rebounds.
