TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Clay City won their second straight sectional championship Saturday night.
They did it without their best player, Blake Cesinger. Cesinger went down Friday night after falling on his head. He left on a stretcher.
Even after a loss, members of the Shakamak basketball team showed a true act of kindness. They went and visited Cesinger at the hospital, just to make sure he was alright. In the end, Cesinger was diagnosed with a concussion and was on hand to watch his Eels win the title on Saturday.
Sports 10's Ross Rowling has the story.
