Rhagen Smith signs with ISU

Terre Haute, Ind.(WTHI) - The Indiana State women's basketball program offered Rhagen Smith the summer before her freshman year of high school. Monday night the Lady Sycamores landed their prize recruit, the Sullivan senior signed her national letter of intent with the Lady Sycamores.

This season the 6-foot-2 Lady Golden Arrow is averaging 24 points and 7.5 rebounds a game.
