Huge hearts shine at West Vigo

WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - West Vigo hosted Riverton Parke in girls basketball Tuesday night, but the game took a back seat to a cause.

Riverton Parke assistant coach Sarah Norton graduated from West Vigo in 2001. She was a member of the program's last sectional title team.

Norton was diagnosed with breast cancer in September, and the Lady Vikings took it upon themselves to show Norton once you're a Viking, you're always a Viking.
