Erick Ramirez breaks state record

Terre Haute, IN. (WTHI) - Wednesday night the Vincennes Lincoln boys soccer team beat Boonville 8-1 to win the Big Eight conference championship. The victory improved Vincennes Lincoln to 16-0 on the season.

In the game, Alices senior Erick Ramirez scored five times setting the o verall single season state record for boys and girls with 58 goals this year. The previous record was 55 set by Merrillville's Vangel Nacovski in 2003.
