ISU's Wiedie Suspended

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - News 10 has learned that ISU Women's Head Basketball Coach Jim Wiedie has been suspended for the rest of the season. 

Wiedie's contract with Indiana State ends in June.

Earlier this year, Wiedie became the school's winningest women's basketball coach.

Wiedie became head coach at ISU in 2000, after serving as an assistant coach for 3 years.

Assistant coach and former Terre Haute North Vigo High School standout Clint Weddle will serve as the acting head coach.
