T.H. Children's Museum to be on state tourism maps

On Monday, the Indiana Department of Tourism and Development was at the museum for a photo shoot.
They were getting pictures for the cover of the 2011 Indiana Travel Guide and Maps.
The Children's Museum was chosen because it's a prime family destination.
"We were very excited to select the Terre Haute Children's Museum because it represents the western half of the state as well as something that's new," said Amy Vaughan, the Director of the Indiana Office of Tourism and Development.
The travel guides and maps will be available in December.
You can pick them at your local Chamber of Commerce, libraries or the I ndiana Tourism website.
