VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) - A hotel planned for a southern Indiana city has cleared another hurdle.
Developers in Vincennes are one step closer to turning a vacant four and a half acre lot on Willow Street into a $6 million hotel.
The county has approved a zoning change for the project. The hope is to build a 63-room Marriott Townhouse Inn on the site.
The project still needs a final approval from the city council. The matter is expected to be on the agenda for the next council meeting.
