TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Setting the table has a different meaning for some folks in the Wabash Valley.
Arts Illiana held their fundraising event "Tablescapes" Thursday night at the Ohio Building.
Area businesses and designers came together to create 28 different table designs.
This fundraiser also helps kick off the Vigo County Library's Big Read event.
Many were out previewing the unique table settings while supporting a good cause.
"It's great to see everyone come out and support even though, you know times aren't good right now," Arts Illiana Wendy Schroeder said. "It's nice to have everyone come out and help support us."
The mission of Arts Illiana is to promote, support and enhance the arts in the Wabash Valley.
