TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A group of Rose-Hulman students will get the opportunity to participate in EcoCAR.
EcoCAR is a four-year program that allows students to work with the U.S. Department of Energy and General Motors officials.
The goal for the students will be to turn an unleaded gas-consuming vehicle into a hybrid electric.
