TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A police chief returned home from overseas and stops to visit some of his biggest supporters.
Terre Haute Police Chief John Plasse returned home from a tour
of duty in Afghanistan on Saturday.
Monday he stopped by Lost Creek Elementary School. He was
there to say thanks to students.
Those boys and girls had sent letters of support to Plasse while
he was overseas.
Plasse said he was thrilled to be able to say thanks in
person.
