Petco in Terre Haute to close in January

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Another store on Terre Haute's south side is set to close.

Petco, the pet supply store on south U.S. 41, has signs posted letting customers know the last day for business will be Jan. 16.

Petco currently has around 13 full and part-time employees. The decision to close was made by the Petco corporate office.

Two other stores in the plaza, Circuit City and Pier 1 Imports, closed earlier this year. With the closing of Petco, only Shoe Carnival will remain in that building.
