Rocky train tracks cause concerns

VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) - A rough railroad crossing has one Vincennes man speaking out.

Eric Stout is legally blind. He told News 10 his walk to the market is made dangerous by dangerous railroad tracks.

Those tracks are located on College Street between 9th and 10th Streets.

"I have the right to cross that track as I see it. I have a right for that track to be usable for me to cross." Stout said.

He's contacted the city for help, however the city told News 10 only CSX can make changes.

News 10 tried contacted CSX about the issue. They did not return the station's calls.
