TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Terre Haute Police have identified the man who robbed a downtown Terre Haute bank.
Police said they have an arrest warrant for the man who robbed the Old National Bank on 7th and Wabash in August..
Police said 29-year-old Jonathan Gilmore robbed the bank. He has been arrested in New York, Utah, Illinois and, for another bank robbery, in North Carolina.
Police said they were able to link his finger prints to both bank robberies, but they need help tracking him down for an arrest.
"Hopefully, he will be found soon. I don't know at this point where he is, I've tried to continue getting his picture out there and hopefully he gets arrested and brought back here," Terre Haute Detective David Thompson said.
Police said Gilmore was released from jail in Coles County, Ill. just three days before robbing the Terre Haute bank.
If you have any information about Gilmore, please call Crime Stoppers at 812-238-STOP. Police said they do not consider him to be dangerous, considering he hasn't been aggressive in previous crimes.
