TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A new thrift store opens here in Terre Haute.
Light House Mission Ministries celebrated their grand opening of a new thrift store located at 7th and Hulman.
CEO Timothy Fagg said this facility has more square footage providing space for more items in the store.
Fagg said with today's economy people are always looking for bargains.
Their prices allow the community to purchase good quality items at a fraction of the retail price.
"It makes us feel pretty good I think to know that we're helping people and helping the mission fulfill its ministry of taking care of the needs of the homeless and the poor," Fagg said.
They have three other thrift stores across the area. There is one in Brazil, Clinton and another in Terre Haute.
