Share your Thanksgiving barrels out

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Catholic Charities' annual Share your Thanksgiving food drive started Monday in the Wabash Valley.

More than 100 charity barrels have been placed around Vigo County to collect non-perishable items, like canned foods, dry mixes and cereals. That food is distributed to local food banks and handed out at Thanksgiving to help those who otherwise could go hungry.

Barrels can be found at First Financial Bank branches, Terre Haute City Hall, the police station and at the WTHI station.
