Gossman faces operating while intoxicated charge

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The man who drove into a Vigo County home appeared in court.
Fifty-six-year-old David Gossman faces a charge of operating while intoxicated.
Deputies said Gossman drove off the road twice Sunday night. The second time he hit a tree, then a house. It happened on State Road 63 in Prairie Creek.
Gossman could face up to a year in jail and lose his license for up to two years, if convicted.
