Man faces strangulation charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man appeared in court Thursday morning, facing three felony charges.
Joseph Kennedy is facing charges of strangulation, criminal recklessness and domestic battery.
The incident took place on June 30. Kennedy has indicated that he will hire private council and has until July 20 to do so.
His bond has been set at $25,000 with no 10 percent down.
