ISU officials issue warning for students

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana State University students in Terre Haute have been warned.

ISU police said a female student reported being sexually assaulted Friday afternoon.

Officials said the student said an unknown male selling magazines in the commons approached her. That's when officials said she invited him to her room in Lincoln Quad where he sexually attacked her.

The suspect is described as a while male named Shane or Sean. He is in his early to mid-twenties with blonde hair, wearing glasses and a lip piercing on the left side.
