Decker's sentencing set for July

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A date has been set for the sentencing of a former Vigo County Commissioner.
David Decker will be sentenced on July 17. Decker pleaded guilty to a federal drug charge in April.
He entered a plea that called for a sentence of 10 months in prison.
The agreement was taken under advisement in May.
