Howard A. Smith is wanted for failure to appear. He is a 35-year-old male. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Smith is 5'8'' and weighs 147 pounds.

Jeremy E. Donna is wanted for being in contempt of court. He is a 22-year-old male. Donna is 5'11'' and weighs 142 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes
