TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Ebb and Heather Howard, the Terre Haute couple who allegedly stole thousands of items over the past year, were formally charged in Vigo County court Wednesday on 45 felony counts each.

Ebb Howard, 29, was charged with two felony counts of dealing meth and one felony count of possession of meth.

Heather Howard, also 29, was charged with possession of meth, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance, all felonies

The remaining 42 felony counts for each are on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property.

The two remain in the Vigo County jail on $75,000 bond each with no 10 percent allowed.

The trial date for Heather Howard will be set Thursday. Ebb Howard's trial date will be set Monday.

These charges stem from a raid at the couple's 25th Street home last week.

Police said they've located over 20 victims but many more remain.

Terre Haute Police Assistant Chief Shawn Keen said many of the items were stolen from the following storage units in Vigo County:

East Haythorne Self Storage on Haythorne Ave.
Evergreen Storage on Springhill Dr.
Springhill Mini-Warehouses on Springhill Dr.
Storage Solutions on Spring Clean Ave. and SR 63
The Storage Center on SR 46
You-Store-It on S. 14th 1/2 St.

Police are also investigating possible burglaries at storage units in Clay County, Ind.

If you've had items stolen from any of these storage units from December 2008 through now, you're urged to call the Terre Haute Police Department at 812-238-1661.
