5 more sentenced in federal meth bust

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Five more people involved in a federal drug ring were sentenced Thursday.

Last December, a large federal drug raid in Vigo County rounded up 20 people allegedly trafficking meth. This is also the raid that led the feds to arrest and sentence former Vigo County Commissioner David Decker.

Melissa Hutchens, 41, West Terre Haute – 120 months jail, eight years supervised release, $1,000 fine
Melissa Swayze, 31, Terre Haute – 24 months jail, four years supervised release
David Lindsay, 42, West Terre Haute – 204 months jail, five years supervised release
Jason Bays, 35, West Terre Haute – 330 months jail, 10 years supervised release
Dewayne Phelps, 27, Terre Haute – 240 months jail, 10 years supervised release
