Decker remains on fair board

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - While former Vigo County Commissioner David Decker awaits sentencing for a felony, he remains on the Vigo County Fair Board.

Fair Board President David Hartmann said no actions have been taken yet, in regards to Decker being a member.

Hartmann said the by-laws don't deal with issues like members who have admitted to committing a felony.

Although the board can replace a member when they are unable to serve, which may be the case once Decker is sentenced.
