TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Official charges have been filed against a man for the murder of a Sullivan County woman.
Thirty-four-year-old Gregory Hale faces two charges of arson and a murder charge in connection with the death of Jennifer Peak.
Police found Peak strangled in her home in rural Sullivan County around 1 a.m. Monday. Her trailer and her truck had been set on fire.
Police went to the home after they arrested Hale when he got into a fight with friends. During the fight, police heard about Peak's possible murder.
