Caucus on Friday selects Biddle's replacement

SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTHI) - Sullivan now has a new mayor.
During a caucus Friday evening, Edward Eble was selected to replace former Scott Biddle.
Biddle resigned earlier this month and said he was stepping down for personal reasons.
