Ill. company cited twice for smells

PARIS, Ill. (WTHI) - An Illinois Company has been cited for bad smells two times in one week.
Paris, Ill. leaders passed a change in city ordinances that allows them to fine for bad smells within city limits. Robert Morgan Inc. Received another citation on Wednesday, along with notice to appear in court.
Monday, they issued the first citation to Morgan Manufacturing.
The ordinance said each day an odor is present is a separate offense and carries a fine of up to $750.
