Company cited for stinky situation

PARIS, Ill. (WTHI) - Officials in one Wabash Valley community are taking a stinky situation into their own hands.
Two weeks ago, News 10 reported that Paris, Ill. leaders passed a change in city ordinances that allows the city to fine for bad smells within city limits.
Monday, they issued the first citation to Morgan Manufacturing after a citizen complained.
The citation carries a fine of up to $750.
