Olney man killed in accident

OLNEY, Ill. (WTHI) - A two vehicle accident left one man dead in southern Illinois.
Officials said 43-year-old Joseph Blaze, of Olney, was driving a motorcycle east on U.S. 50, one mile west of Olney. Sixty-year-old Franklin Slechenmyer, also of Olney, pulled his grain hauler onto the roadway.
Blaze struck the back of the grain hauler. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
