GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Two people are dead after a weekend crash in Greene County.
Police said just after 6:00 p.m. Saturday 19-year-old Preston Williams of Bloomington was driving his Camaro on State Road 43 when he attempted to pass another vehicle. Police said he then collided with a motorcycle in the opposite lane.
The motorcycle was being driven by 40-year-old Jerry Marker of Solsberry. Police said Marker was killed instantly.
Williams' Camaro reportedly flipped over, rolling down and embankment. His passenger, 19-year-old Jessica Allman of Bloomington, died at Bloomington Hospital.
Williams is being treated for face, head and back injuries at Bloomington Hospital.
The crash is under investigation.
