Humane society holds benefit for pets

    VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - The Parke-Vermillion County Humane Society held their 6th annual pets and petunias plant and garden items bake sale.

    The society sold several types of flowers and other plants. All of the proceeds go to the humane society.

    While folks were plant shopping, they also got to see plenty of animals who need a home.

    The combination of plants and pets is something the Humane Society says has always brought them success
