Authorities investigate explosion at Sceptor Industries

BICKNELL, Ind. (WTHI) - State and local authorities are investigating a reported explosion at a southern Indiana factory.

There are few details known about the explosion at Sceptor Industries near Bicknell.

Police said they received a report of an explosion at the plant Monday afternoon. One worker was burned, and taken to the hospital.

The Bicknell Fire Department and the state fire marshall's office are both conducting investigations.
