NEWS TEAM - Jane Santucci joined the News 10 Team in April 2007 as a general assignment reporter.
Jane covers many types of stories, but her specialties include environmental and agricultural reporting and covering city and county government.
In April 2009, Jane was recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists for her coverage of animal abuse in Sullivan County, Ind. She won 1st place in the general news category.
In 2008, the Wabash Valley Central Labor Council honored Jane with its Media Award for her coverage of business and labor issues.
Before coming to WTHI, Jane worked as a news writer at WSVN in Miami, Fla.
Jane is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton where she studied Multimedia Journalism, Sociology and Ethnic Studies.
While at FAU, Jane served as news director of Owl Radio, where she also moonlighted as a disc jockey. She got her real start in television at WPTV in West Palm Beach where she interned for nine months. She also interned at the Palm Beach city government television station.
