TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTHI) - Hoosiers speak for those that can't.

Back in October, dozens of animals were rescued from a puppy mill in Sullivan County , Indiana.

Then just this month piles of animals found dead in Greene County, Indiana.

These are just two reasons why Hoosiers will head to the state house on Tuesday.

They will lobby for animal rights to state law makers.

"Animals a lot of times are victims, they don't have a voice. So we get to be their voice," said Angie Bridgewater who is going to Humane Lobby Day on Tuesday.
