Man pleads guilty to arson

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Vigo County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to arson.
James Stark III was arrested in June and charged with felony arson, after police said he poured gasoline on a man's porch and set it on fire.
Tuesday, Stark pleaded guilty to a lesser felony charge for arson and was sentenced to two years in prison. Stark was given credit for 404 days already served.
The remaining sentence will be served on formal probation.
