CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - A Clay County man is under arrest, after police say he was growing marijuana.
The Clay County Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police served a search warrant early Thursday morning on the home of James "David" Swift, 41, in Coalmont. Officers were acting on a tip that the homeowner was growing marijuana.
