Angela Beatty, the board president of the Northeast School Corporation has been charged with two counts felony theft and one count of Criminal Recklessness, a misdemeanor.

According to an ongoing investigation, Beatty had been paying her cell phone bills using her ex-husband's bank account.

The Criminal Recklessness involves a domestic violence situation with her son.

She was taken to the Sullivan County Jail just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, and released on bond shortly after.
