TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Instant random video chats, that's Chatroulette.com.

In March, when we logged in we found many graphic images.

Now the web site boasts it's safer claiming they've blocked thousands of users, making it cleaner.

We wanted to find out for ourselves, this time showing Indiana State Police Sergeant Joe Watts.

In 15 minutes we saw more than 14 men exposing themselves, if children come across these same images it's a serious crime.

"If you're purporting this on to young children these are all felonies," Watts said.

The web site is collecting the IP addresses of people who are exposing themselves to children, in hopes of tracking them down.

But we were chatting along with 23,000 other users which could make it a difficult job.

"I feel like there could be more police work from this web site," Watts said.

While the site give you the option of reporting someone, who knows how many really do and how long it takes to track them down.

But there could be real consequences for some chatters.

"It's a very serious crime up to 20 years whether it's an A, B, C or D felony," Watts said.
