Economic Development officials in the Wabash Valley are hosting two public hearings to discuss public transit this week.
In November 2012, the West Central Indiana Economic Development District launched a study of bus service both in Terre Haute and rural areas. That study included direct surveys of people who ride the bus and online surveys of those who do not.
On Thursday, February 14, the group will present the findings of the report at two public hearings. Those interested in sharing their opinions can attend the hearings.
The hearings run from 10 to noon and from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Vigo County Annex on Oak Street.
