TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Terre Haute Police Officers gather to remember their fallen brothers.
Thursday, the Terre Haute Police Department (THPD) held a memorial service for those men who died "in the line of duty. It's their first police week memorial service since Officer Brent Long" died last July.
Mayor Duke Bennett declared the upcoming week “Police week” here in the Wabash Valley.
A large group from the THPD will head to our nation's capital this weekend for the national remembrance.
