TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - When driving on US 40 from Brazil, Ind. to Terre Haute, you’ll notice a large billboard that’s been a local landmark, of sorts, since the 1930s.
The billboard for Clabber Girl Baking Powder that has stood along US 40 for nearly 80 years, is getting a facelift.
A Clabber Girl spokesperson told News 10 the sign was showing some wear and tear and needs repainted.
The spokesperson said the sign will retain the same traditional design.
There was no finish date stated for the project.
