TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Terre Haute's annual Labor Day activities are still on schedule for Monday morning.
Each year, the central labor council puts together the Labor Day Parade.
Local labor unions, political candidates and a few bands will take part the annual event.
The Parade begins at 11:00 a.m., starting at the intersection of 11th St. and Wabash Ave.
The procession will follow Wabash Ave to 4th and Poplar St., ending at Fairbanks Park.
Free beans will be served up at the park following the parade.
The day's festivities conclude with the Labor Council Awards Dinner Monday night at the Holiday Inn.
There will be a social hour before the dinner starting at 6:00 p.m.
