Vincennes City Police arrested 27-year-old Jimmy N. Rather on Wednesday.
The arrest stems from January, when police say a man went into the Applebees and pointed a gun at the manager, demanding money.
Police say Rather was always a person of interest because he was a former Applebee's employee.
Police stopped Rather Wednesday during a traffic stop in Northern Davies County and later arrested him.
Rather is now in the Knox County Jail facing a charge of armed robbery and he's being held on $25,000 dollars bond.
