TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A shocking survey by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says more than 17 percent of Indiana high school girls reported being forced to have sex.
The survey was done in 2009.
More than 5 percent of Indiana high school boys felt forced.
Experts say a combination of factors could contribute to this problem.
Television and the internet romanticize sex.
Also, many teens are left without parent supervision.
