TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Rose Hulman Institute of Technology opened its doors today to give thanks.

School leaders held their annual Service Club Luncheon.  This event allows Rose-Hulman to thank community members for the many projects completed each year to help local residents in need, and how students, faculty and staff members assist in these many projects each school year.

They welcomed community leaders to the school's main dining hall.

It's also an effort to recognize Wabash Valley service clubs.

A service club is a group dedicated to giving back to its community.

School leaders say they enjoy hosting community givers.
