TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - College students from all over the state visited Terre Haute Saturday.
Rose-Hulman hosted its inaugural entrepreneurship seminar called Rose Startup! Conference.
It's a student-organized event to help inspire entrepreneurs.
The day included a discussion, idea creation, and how to pitch an idea.
"Putting students together with really creative minds and mentors to help them though these problems, we might be able to solve a lot of them a lot sooner on a smaller, faster basis and that's what entrepreneurship is all about, is finding that next thing you want to solve," Rose Innovative Student Entrepreneurs Co-founder Chad Conway said.
Over 100 students visited from six various colleges.
The event was free for Rose-Hulman students.
