TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Wabash Valley gets national attention for making great strides.
National Association of Home Builders recently released an index that tracks housing markets on the rise.
Terre Haute is one of 80 markets improving local economic and housing market conditions.
The report attributes four local colleges, healthcare facilities, new home construction and an increase in employment as some of the main reasons Terre Haute made the list.
