INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Sudden white-out conditions and drivers going too fast are what investigators determined caused last month's massive pileup on Interstate 70.
Indiana State Police released the reports about the crash on Tuesday.
ISP said in the reports a sudden snow storm made visibility virtually impossible.
